Hi experts,
I have an employee who has accrued 150 hrs of Long Service leave(LSL). He became inactive after he went on no pay leave for 7 months. Now he has returned and is an active employee. The day he became active his LSL accruals started again, however, it started from zero rather picking up the balance already accrued before he went on no pay leave. The LSL quota accrual gets transferred to entitlement after 10 years of service.
The requirement is to carry forward past LSL accruals after the employee is back from no pay leave. Please help if its possible through configuration.
