Information Required on Telephony Integration to IC Webclient

Dear all,

We are implementing IC Webclient application to support our call center operations.

Configuration from SAP CRM system end is almost completed.

Now Telephony integration need to be done, for which AVAYA people are working in this project.

they are setting up hardware for telephony integration.

I would like to know where exactly a SAP CRM consultant work starts, what configuration required from SAP CRM end to integrate telephony system with IC Webclient.

We want to use multi channel interaction through ICWC application. so what would be the role of a Basis Consultant.

Please educate about this to acheive a successful conection between ICWC and telephony system.

Your help will be highly appreciated.
