only 50 quantities then how can get how many quantity remain and received for same purchase order.
Hi,
To know the quantity remaining in PO,
OPen the PO and Click Form Settings.
Go to 'Table Format' tab and make the 'Open Qty.' Visible.
This field gives the quantity yet to be received from the vendor

Hi sandeep,
When you copy 50 items from the PO having 100 items into the a GRPO the GRPO will show 50 items and the status of the PO will remain open and will show 50 items as open. There are 2 basic ways to view which of the PO's are open :
1. You can open the GRPO in Question and from there go to the base document by clicking in Goto - Base document
2. Go to the Inventory Reports and the Inventory Status report and double click the the item row to show the Ordered items.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sandeep Sharma,
You can active the 'open quantity' field in the line of purchase order and it will show the remained quantity which is not received.
Hope it is helpful!
