HOW TO GET STOCK REPORT ?

Dear Guru's ,

Pl help me for a report that a STO was made to bring some coils from other plant to our plantwith in one week period, now from other plant outgoing delv.was made having Weight as given below,

4.121

3.543

3.993

4.137

3.996

4.120

4.089

here total qty is 27.999 , & by MB51 the qty rcvd is

4.069

3.992

4.005

4.004

3.992

3.972

3.980

.__.___.___,___here the total coming as 28.014, here in case of MB5B, the total is same as the total coming in outbound delv, but in MB51

the total is as per the GRN done, that 's why the weight is more as the STO is made for 300 TON, Question from user is that in MB5B the data showing is for the material for which outbound delv is made , but it is not showing the actual qty for goods reciept as here in MB5B when selecting " valuated stock" , in the reciept column the total showing as 27.999, while in MB51 the total is 28.014 , there is a difference in the qty.

regards

While creating GR we can capture the "Qty. in Delivery Note" (Item details, Tab-Quantity).

But in standard MB51 report this field is not included. Get the ABAP's help to include this field in MB51 report.

Hope by this way you can meet your requirement.

    With Regards.
