Hello,

it ofen happens that our suppliers R&P provide us materials , for productions tests,so

we would like to know, if it will be necessary, each time to create the articles in SAP, knowing that they are used only once?Is there another solution which will avoid us polluing the data base?

Thanks

    Hi John,

That is totally depends updon how you would like to manage the scenario.

    I could suggest one:

    - You can manage it by creating dummy material & taking same code in every transaction of that vendor

    - If track has to maintain you can use it as 'Batch managed'

    - If material also returnable then return same batch to vendor & if consumable then consume it after each goods receipt.
