purchase order with zero price

is i possible to create pos with zero price. i have a scenario that i need to create po with out paying to vendor.

please help

Hi,

In PO click the Free tab, Whcih is next to inforecord tab in Item overview you will get net price is Zero.

Hi,

If yours is a Free Goods Scenario. Then Mark the Free Item Tab ( Next to Returns) in the Purchase Order detail tab.

Now you can create a Purchase order with Zero Price. By the time GR thru. 511 Mov. Type (Material receipt with out charge) you can receive the material.

Yes, it's possible. When you create PO with tcode ME21N, scroll to the right and then tick "free" in each line item.

Hi

Yes it is possible please check the free item check box for the line item. Once checked the Price doesnt need to be entered for the line item on the PO
