solman-testing-Unable to create message

Hi gurus,

During the testing in STWB_WORK in the Message tab of the ststus page when i try to create a message system asked me to enter the following.

Priority

System/IBase

Installation Number

Component

Reported By

Person Resp.

Category

Subject

Solution

Project

Business Process

after entering i gave a short description and detail text.

when i try to save the message i am getting the following message " Message was Not created".

can anyone give me the solution.

This is urgent please.

Can you please do a /nSU53 to check if there is any authorisation related issue on this.

Also, for field 'reported by' and 'person responsible', you need to have proper 'Business Partners' defined and not SolMan User IDs. Of course, if that was the case, the error message would have been more specific.

If you want to 'recreate' the scenario and trace the error, you can also consider using CRMD_ORDER transaction, use SLFN as the transaction type and check if the error message is any more specific.

Actually there was a problem in Service desk.
