hie guys,
i am getting an error in the correspondence log in dispute management. the log issues the message that the exception CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL is raised and not caught or handled locally. i have double checked my config and things seem to be fine. if anyone has a solution to this error please let me know how i can go about it or a work around to this.

you got a dump in ST22? If yes, please post the first pages of it.
Or search notes yourself:
search for CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL and use component FIN*
