decimal place in ALV

Hi

i have created an ALV for the excise department and the output is coming correctly, but the problem i face is that the value for the export goods(series 21) comes wrongly.for eg:it has to come 407952.60 it comes as 4,079,526.00.

I like to know how to bring the decimal point one place in front

thanks in advance

      HI ROCK

The value should come as407952.60 it comes as 4,079,526.00.

      after using AFIELD-DECIMALS_OUT = 1.the Output comes as 4079526.00 nt as 407952.60.

all i need is to bring the decimal point one place before.

    hi! mahesh kumar

Just multiply the value by 100 and then display the value.

    Reward me if useful.

Pl. check whether Fixed point arithmetic check box is set or not in program's attribute section. If it is not set then set it and check the output again.

    Joy.

    HI,

Try use the code as below while building fieldcatalog for that field.

    gs_fieldcat-datatype = 'DATATYPE'.

    Thanks,

    Sriram Ponna.

    hi,

If it is a currency field then in fieldcatalog give its reference table name properly.

other wise you can use type P for the field .
