Hi Experts,

The requirement is to filter List of Involved Parties of ServiceRequest( Ticket ) based on RoleCode, for instance, we should not display Party with RoleCode = "1001" (Account).

So,firstly, we added EC to Involved Parties tab of Service->Ticket.The next,it was added AdvancedListPane with DataList binded to Party node of ServiceRequest BO.

Then the Query was created with ResultList DataStructure binded to ServiceRequest BO and as Selected Query Parameter was chosen the PartyRoleCode of ServiceRequest->QueryByElements.

Finally, DefaultSet select options for Query Parameter PartyRoleCode defined as contains patttern *1001*.

However, the List of Involved Parties is not displayed, and query does not work.

Can you suggest any way to filter displayed Involved Parties List?

Hi Olena,

Where you used include in your query, try to use exclude instead. As you said in your question, you "should not display Party with RoleCode = "1001"". Moreover, you only need to use the Low Value of the query, that maybe is influencing your results.

Hi Marlos,

You are right concerning exlude, however the query does not work with it either.

Hi Olena,

Did you try to remove the filter to check if there is some result on your advanced pane list? Maybe the issue is before filtering the query. Are you sure that your root is bind to the service request and is getting fired?

Hi Olena,

You may first check if the bind of your Root in the Data Model is correct direct to the Root of the Service Request. After that, check if your Default DataSet is getting triggered when you initialize the EC. For that you may use the events in your Inport in the Controller, RequestAutoRefire and RequestFireOnInitialization equals to true. That can call a Event Handler to execute your DataSet.
