GR Issue

Hi all,

While posting GR system will ask us to specify whether a quality certicate is attached or not. But this time for a newly created material at the time of GR system didnt even show that option "Quality certificate attached or not". What should have been the problem? I check material master both Certificate type (AGR1) and control key are already specified. Do i need to input anywhere in PO for Certificate type?

Any input is highly appreciated!!

Hi ,

You need to maintain Quality info record through QI01. you can link quality certificate and material here.

You need to specify first Quality certificate creation manually or upon goods receipt in IMG.

Hi

Also see that the material is included in quality inspection plan if it is roh, halb or fert.
