IT0001 issue while doing PA40

Hi All,

When I hire a person thru PA40, after entering the position, the org and job key come up auto automattically. But when I do that thru batch PA40, the job and org keys are not populated on IT0001. Please help me.

what process are you using for batch process?(lsmw/bdc)

While doing the recording of PA40 did you get those fileds org key,job as inputable fields?

Yes, I am using LSMW and through PA40, job key and org unit fields are input fields.

did u created a new job or org unit if yes pls upload them also

Hello,

If those fields that you mean are entered by dynamic actions then they wont be entered when running it from a batch input, since dynamic actions are not triggered in BIs.

Thanks for the response.

But when I do the hire action (using LSMW), all I have is the position. So I assumed that by inputting position, it would bring its attributes like orgunit and job key. But if it not going to bring those fields, my current record will not have org unit. But I need that. What would be the other option to make this work.

Also I thought orgunit and job key fields are getting populated on IT0001 thru PA-PD integration, not dynamic action. Is that wrong?

check your integration settings (PLOGI PLOGI) in T77S0

Also, sometimes, we have to run RHINTE* programs to update integration aspects between PA and Org when data is uploaded via batch input. So, you may want to try those

I checked the T77S0 table and looks l=fine. Also ran the RHINTE00 - 30 programs. Does not change the IT0001 record still.
