C4C 360 Account Integration Deprecated

Hi,

In the latest integration guide in paragraph 6.1 the Account 360 integration is indicated as deprecated. The scoping option Communication and Information Exchange > Integration with External Applications and Solutions > 360 Overview - Account, is no longer there.

Can this functionality still be set up (maybe without the scoping), just by pulling over recent order data? Or am i overlooking something?

Hi Marie,

This scenario would continue to exist for implementation.

The status 'Deprecated' indicates that there would no longer be any Support/Enhancements to this scenario.

Hi,

We decided to set up ERP Cusotmer Factsheet, as this looks like the best option for outside sales people, they do not have to create or update and have no ERP user.
