unable to open Integration builder

Hi,

I am not able to open the intergartion builder. It was working properly for the past 2 months.

When i restarted the server today for some caching problem, it is not opening. It displays the error

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

Unable to read configuration data (ExchangeProfile/aii.properties)

Why does this happens suddenly though it was working propely for months.

    Hi,

    try this:

    logging-into-xi

    remember to restart XI after applying the changes .

    If above not help you, then need to restart the whole system is necessary.
