Hi all,
In AE,configuration tab Approver->security lead after clicking the magnifying glass getting the list of user IDs ,I would like to know where exactly these IDs are Defined.

Either in the UME or your LDAP, you set as the default source to either of those directories...

It checks the user source based on the details you provided for Configuration>User Data Source>Search Data Source.
