Marketing Campaign

Hello All,

I am running a campaign where I would like to send an email to the customer and simultaneously create an activity for each of that BP.

I have defined the communication medium as email but when I attach the activity tx to it the email is getting generated but no activity is generated.

Please tell me how do I send an email to the customer and simultaneously create an activity through campaign.
