I just installed Crystal Server 2016. I try my first connection (from the server where iis installed) and I get this message:
Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'PAMISR02:6402'. The CMS on machine 'PAMISR02' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031).
My CMS Port is : 6402, HTTP listening port: 6407, Repository port: 3690 Tomcat Connection port : 8080, Shutdown Port : 8005 Redirect port: 8443.
My DB is SQLServer 2014 Express and is installed on the same machine.
What is wrong and what to do to make it work.
