How can i change the URL in blank.htm

Hi All,

In the component CRM_UI_FRAME i would like to change the URL

right now the URL is incomplete and always when i login i have to manually keyin the part given in between stars for example hostname.xxx.co.in:8000

Need help.

I could solve it myself When to the component....GO to Menu-Utilities and changed the path of Hostname.

Looks like the app server domain is not configured correctly.

Make sure that icm/host_name_full is maintained with correct domain name.And also DNS name should match the ICM host name.

Hi when u test the component 'CRM_UI_FRAME' using the transaction 'BSP_WD_CMPWB' , it opens the url in the format

'http://application server name...........'

(Just check when u login ,the client and system id mentioned)

Ideally u should be able to open it.

Just check it with ur basis consulatant.

As changes to the url is not required i guess.
