Hello Gurus,
I have a problem about collective confirmation (CN27)
I run this transaction and create a pool via Info System. In this way, I create a list of activities network to confirm, but the system writes automatically the number of confirm in Confirm Field.
So I have to cancel this field in all lines.
How can I automatically cancel this field in all lines of my pool?
Thanks
Nicola
Hi,
Confirmation number is auto-generated, you cant change/cancel it. It is means by which confirmations are referenced internally by system.

Thanks Shrikant for your answer.
I have another question for you. Is there a way to cancel automatically all number confimations proposed with CN27?

Excuse me Shrikant,
my problem is different. When I run CN27 and create Pool via Info System, SAP proposes all network which must to be confirmation assigning them a number confirm.
If I trie to save, the system block me because it want that I cancel the number confirmation. When I cancel these numbers the system allows to save the confirmations.
Now, when I have more network to confirm, I am forced to cancel all numbers before to confirm them.
How can I do?
Thanks
Nicola
Hi Nicola,
I tried out ur scenario. You need not remove the confirmation number. The reason system is giving error, is the % confirmation or Final tick is not entered.
In case you want to fully confirm the activity, put a tick in column F and save. In case of partial confirmation put % in Prc column. System will not give error.
