No. of copies -material document

Dear all,

For material document printout settings we have done everything. we have set dispatch time as 4, so that mat document will be printed directly at the time of MIGo . so we dont have to go to MB90.

Now the issue is that, we are getting only one copy once material document is saved. so to get second copy also sometimes, what settings we have to done or what procedure we should follow?

and 2 copies requirement is not always..it depends from material to material.
