No. of copies -material document

Dear all,

For material document printout settings we have done everything. we have set dispatch time as 4, so that mat document will be printed directly at the time of MIGo . so we dont have to go to MB90.

Now the issue is that, we are getting only one copy once material document is saved. so to get second copy also sometimes, what settings we have to done or what procedure we should follow?

and 2 copies requirement is not always..it depends from material to material.

please reply fast..

thanks n regards

points will be rewarded ..

You can mainatain no of copies required in Condition record MN21 - output type - communication tab - no of messages - copies.

    Hi Hobby,

As you said that you dont need two copies all the time. So its better to change in MN21 whenever you require additional copies.

There is no possibility for such things in standard SAP.

    Hi

If you want to take second Print out, in MB90, Select the option of repeat processing - 2.
