Loss of pay accumulated to 30 days then need to deduct the 1.5 EL's from EL quota

Hi Experts

I have a one requirement that employee have taken the leave with out pay (loss of pay) reached to 30 days , have to deduct the 1.5 ELs from EL quota which is generated from Subsequent quater ( EL generation once in Quarter).

please some inputs please
