Hello!
I am using a quota arrangement with 2 vendors. I have entered a min lot size for both vendors and with a quota of 35 and 65%. Everything with the QA is working fine except, when I run MD42 to do single item planning, I am getting fractional lots. For example, say my min lot is 3 for vendor A and 10 for vendor B. Instead of it planning for 15 pcs, it is planning for 16 pcs for vendor A and instead of 100 pieces, it will plan for 102. How can I get the proposed quantity to be multiples of the lot size? We are manually having to adjust these each time. I am currently using Lot Size of EX in MRP 1 of the material master.
