Dear Team,

1.Create non valuated material ( Qty is Update in OMS2) but not value.

2. Procure the same material with asset code and account assignment category 'A' with qty in ME21N.

3. GRN done with reference of purchase order in MIGO - Here observations are stock is hitting in MMBE Tcode but not value because it is a non valuated material.

4. Invoice booked in MIRO - Here observations qty is updated in asset master(AW01N)

5. After that i am issuing the same material with movement type 241 with asset code putting others, Goods issue in MIGO. - Here observations are material stock is reduced in MMBE but not updated against asset master.

Here we unable to find out the issue stock where it will updated.

Whether these scenrio is right or wrong please suggest.

Thanks,

Maruthi

What update do you actually expect with your goods issue to asset for non-valuated material?

The value already went to your asset with the receipt, hence your stock is non-valuated, and a goods issue of your stock will neither change the value of inventoried stock (since it had no value) nor goes a second time to your asset.

The only update that will happen is a quantity reduction of non-valuated stock and creation of a material document along with with writing some statistic records in the infostructures of the Logistics Information system.

Hello Juergen,

Budget is reloaded after Movement Type 241 (Stock to Project transfer; 411 MTyp then 241 MTyp).

Can you please guide us for budget in project system settings.

Thanks.

Hi Maruthi,

According to me why you have removed the valuation update in OMS2 and booking for Asset. how Asset valuvation and depreciations are calculated.. is this your own scenario or client owned scenario.
