How can we create two preliminary a main and a sebaequent leg

Hi All,

We have a requirement of creating a two costed preliminary legs , a main (Not costed)and a subsequent leg(costed).

Or

A way of creating a preliminary(costed), a main(NC) and two subsequent leg (costed)

Guys any idea would be helpful.
