IT0001 Error

I am working on my home system and found one issue related to IT0001. When I was executing Hiring action and come to IT0001 I get hard error saying Define Fiscal year for company code XXXX. I know FI do this thing for us but donu2019t have much grasp FI things.

I donu2019t know how to escalate my process of Hiring without maintaining IT0001 but will be thankful if someone could help me to fix this issue.

Tcode is Ob37. Here you assign a company code to a fiscal year variant.

Try t-code OKEV: it links controlling area to the fiscal year.
