I can't fax attachments from SB1

I can send plain messages via fax from SB1. However, if I attach a document, let's say a quotation or sales order, the fax doesn't go through. The attachment is in the Attachments Folder defined in General Settings.

Hi Andres,

The most probable solution to this issue was to remove the security on the directory path that is referenced for the attachments in SBO, so that all users have access.

To be more specific;

Allow 'Full Control' Access to all users on the folder defined as attachment in SBO.

Hi Willy,

Thanks for your suggestion. I couldn't make it work with the attachments folder in each PC, I had to modify the path to include a folder in the main server, under B1_SHR. It worked fine after that.
