Seeking help with Manual Running Total

First forgive me if this is in the wrong place - Still trying to find myself on the new forum.

Here is my problem

I have have 4 groups and a summary

Group 1 = Name

Group 2 = WeekHeader

Group 3 = Hour

Group 4 = Server

Sum of responsetime

I'm trying to calculate the overall average responsetime for the Name by Week of all servers

So my final report should be

Name WeekHeader AverageResponse (Average the per server responsetime)

I've been reading the manual running total instructions and can't seem to get the values I'm expecting.

Can someone give me some pointers or assistance - I feel like I'm almost there just can't get the values I expect.
