Company code decsriptions change

Hi,

In R/3 my company code name is changed. That needs to be pulled in SRM please let me know is there any program. Points will be awarded for the useful answers.

Hi. Program BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH will do the update for you.

You might have to change the date when you run the program.

Thanks for the response but company code is not available in the list. Any alternate idea.

Hi. I can see attribute BUK in our system on program BBP_ATTR_TEXT_REFRESH.

Make sure you change the date a bit forward, today's date would be the best.

Hi. Check table BBP_ATTR_VALUE_T.

Is your company code listed there with the incorrect name?

If it is then the program I gave you should fix it.

If it does not work you could ask SAP, but the easiest solution would be to just maintain the table directly, it should allow it.
