How to change CMSadm Password in NWDI for DTR/DC...

Dear All,

I have same user id / Password in to different system, when I try to connect one system through DTR/DC in JDI/NWDI it automatically connect both the system. So I want to change one of CMSADM password any of these system.

Will it sufficient to change this password from u201CUser Administratoru201D. Will it automatically change all the places like DTR, DC, DEVINFu2014CMS etc.

Will it cause any issue.

Please suggest me.

you should never change NWDI_CMSADM just in one place. This will cause the user to be locked out.

The password must be changed in both the SLD system and the NWDI system. If they are in the same system then that is good.

You also have to change it in the domain tab and that should also update the dtr link explained next in later versions.

It may be worth putting them in http://<NWDI server>:<port>/dtr/system-tools/administration/NameServerConfiguration to be sure.
