MSSQL Log Reader Adapter registration failed in dp agent host

Hello Experts,

I'm facing an issue while implementing HANA SDI. Request you to please help in it.

I've installed DP agent on a Linux Redhat 7.4 host and able to connect it with the Hana DB and register flat file adapter. However, I'm facing issue while MSSQL adapters.

I raised this issue to SAP and they reverted back saying that HANA SDI is not compatible with Linux Redhat 7.4 version. Is it true that Hana SDI 2.0 sps02 is not compatible with Redhat 7.4?

Hi Amit,

I haven't found anything to suggest RHEL 7.4 is not supported. This looks like a problem with the DP Agent disconnecting. Can you check the agent monitoring view and see the last connection time for dpagent_ussdsbxsadp01?

Make sure the dpagent is connected to HANA, there could be firewall, proxy, SSL complications getting in the way. Is your HANA in the cloud, or do you have a physical HANA machine in your company's landscape?

What happens if you go to the DPAgentMonitor web page, select the agent, and click "Update Adapters"?

I'm getting this error while registering MSSQL adapters.
