problems connecting Live Cache

Hello,

After to do an homogeneous system copy we have the following errors when we try to connect the LC.

We try connect the LC but in the transaction LC10, appears the following messages.

1.- Error NO_CONNECTION during UPDATE TRANSACTION POSSIBLE check on sidapo6:DLC

Message no. LVC 069

When you accept this message, it shows the following

2.- Error NO_CONNECTION occurred setting ENABLE WRITE TRANSACTION on sidapo6:DLC

Message no. LVC 065

3.- Cannot open SQL connection to liveCache LCA

Message no. LVC 000

Diagnosis

An SQL connection can only be created when liveCache has status ONLINE.

Procedure

Check the liveCache status.

If the system could not create a connection although liveCache has status ONLINE, you can use the developer trace of the corresponding work process to analze the error.

If we go to the u2018Database Manager 7.6u2019, and we saw that the autolog is off, but the application doesnu2019t allow put this parameter to on. (Instance- Set autolog on/off), it appears desactivate.

In the Database Manager we saw that the server is up but in the LC10 no.

Please, What would we do?

Hi,

I resolved the problem

In sm21 appears the following error message

Database error -709 for CON

I search in SAP page and I found the note 146003, I apply it

I didn't this entry in /etc/services

sql6 7210/tcp

And now I can inicialice the live cache

I Check the connection parameters like:

Name of Database Connection LCA

liveCache Name LDE

liveCache Server apodesLC

in liveCache Integration in LC10 transaction. Also we have to ensure the connection parameters for LDA also:

Name of Database Connection LDA

liveCache Name LDE

liveCache Server apodesLC

The tables are ok upgrade systems tables.

0,OK: everything works fine

0,/sapdb/LDE/db/bin/x_python /sapdb/LDE/db/env/lsystab.py -d LDE -u SUPERDBA,* -dompwd DOMAIN en ENG

in liveCache Integration in LC10 transaction. Also we have to ensure the connection parameters for LDA also:

Name of Database Connection LDA

liveCache Name "your LC name"

liveCache Server "your hostname"

also please ensure LC sys tables are loaded.
