SAF Knowledge Base: Where used?

I have a question regarding knowledge bases that are used in the SAF (Software Agent Framework):

We are using Solution Manager 7.1 SP12 with TREX and SAF. This his been set-up some years ago and the guy who made this has left the company.

In SAF Diagnosis Tool I found out that we are not only using standard knowlege base "CRM_OBJECT". There are several own implementet KBs available like "RFC_ATTACHMENTS" or "TICKET".

The KBs are assigned to application "ALL" and "ICWEBCLIENT" and all of them have been compiled.

For both KBs (RFC_ATTACHMENTS and TICKET) a lot of Documents are available in the Index.

When I use the "Check Index Content" feature within the SAF Tool I am able to find RfCs and Incidents in those KBs.

We now have the following situation: I have only compiled the own created KBs (RFC_ATTACHMENTS and TICKET). I have not compiled CRM_OBJECT. What I do not understand is how I can find out where those knowledge bases are used? When I try to use the "Fulltext" search criteria of CRM WebUI I only get the message: "No reply from the TREX Server or index missing. See Note 1466273". When I also compile CRM_OBJECT the Fulltext search is working fine.
