AfO scheduling: automate schedule creation

Hi community,

i would like to implement the following user requirement:

sending one single AfO Workbook to ~200 business partners via mail (as Excel file).

Each business partner has its own mail address and should only see its own data.

Meaning I would have to manually create ~200 schedules with different parameters (customer id) and different targets (mail address).

Is it possible to automate scheduling via code. e.g. loop over customer table, fetch customer id + mail address and add schedule.

Any suggestions / alternative solutions welcome.

    I would contact APOS - see http://www.apos.com/content/apos-solutions-sap-analysis-for-office

    They may have a trial for you. It sounds like they would be able to handle your bulk scheduling requirement

    " - I don't work for APOS, I am an SAP Customer, so I don't see an issue referencing an external link.
