BEx Web Analyzer Permissions

I am trying to set up the BEx Web Analyzer to run from the Portal. Both Portal and BI systems are version 7.0. I can successfully run a query under my id. But when I create a test user with just the Business Explorer Showcase role, that user cannot run the BEx Web Analyzer. The BEx Web Analyzer screen will not even display - it hits an error. The logs show "Access is denied: com.sap.ip.bi.web.portal.integration.launcher". That user does see all the Business Explorer iViews, but just cannot run anything through the BEx Web Analyzer. If I grant that test user Super Administrator, then BEx Web Analyzer works.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what permission I am missing?

I ended up creating a message with SAP to resolve this. They pointed me to OSS note 937697 - Usage of SAP Netwaever BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool. This is a tool that can be imported into the Portal, to diagnose issues.

Running the tool did indeed point out a list of issues. I have made corrections, especially to the BI system permissions, the RRI permissions, and the BI content Low_safety permissions. The content now runs as expected.
