how to book scrap qty. after production completed, scrap need to book always in Kg its possible if production in meter or ea, where is show scrap qty. in SAP

As per my knowledge, if you want to keep your scrap material accounted in inventory and you use it for any other production/selling outside, create a new material (lets say, Scrap material, in your case its base UOM is kg) and at the time of confirmation> Good movement, you Post it as by-product with movement type 531. Thereby, you can have the scrap material in the inventory.
If you book directly in CO11N scrap, it wont be accounted in the inventory. Only in COOIS confirmation report you can see the scrap quantity.

You can use CO11N to book Scrap qty as same as yield. But the unit should be as same as yield too.
