I just loaded Key Figure Data in IBP via HCI.
The Data import of row was successful in the integration log, but the funcinal team is no not able to find it.
What could happen?
Thanks!

We were not able to fix the issue. The planning Area was having many other issues so they decided to create a new one.
In the new one the load (copy from the old one) is working fine.
Thanks for your help.

Ok, so data reached the core table, no doubt about it.
Is the KF you loaded data into configured with unit of measure? If yes, is there any unit of measure conversion maintained for these products? Even if base unit of measure is PC and you display the planning view in PC you still need a unit conversion factor of 1 from PC to PC.

Just to be sure. Does the log from IBP contain any entry or is it empty?

We are able to load Master Data from HCI with any issues and they are able to load Ratios Manually. The problem is only loading KF from HCI.
Thanks

Hi Alec,
The IBP Log Says
Successful Data import of row successfulThe Planning Area is also correct.
We are checking in IBP side, but any help is welcome.
Thanks!

Hi Roberto,
Please check integration log from IBP - Data Integration fiori app. Is the log there successful as well indicating that records have been loaded to the correct planning area? Sometimes HCI log can be green even if data does not reach the core table of IBP (e.g: FILENAME is not mapped in the target query).
If above is correct, then issue can be from IBP side. Most of the times unit of measure conversion or exchange rate are missing for the records that have been loaded.
Let me know your findings so that I can further assist.
Best
Alecsandra
