How to restrict VF04 authorization for cross-sales organization

hi experts ,

anyone knows how to restrict VF04 operation/authorization especially cross-sales organization ?

for example , if user A from sales organization ABC , but user A can use VF04 to maintain billing due list for sales organization CDF , this should not be taken place ;

How to restrict this risky operation for this case ?

Ask your Security team to set restriction Sales Organization in Object V_VBRK_VKO
