Duration Standard Value Scheduling Failure !

Dear Friends,

A standard value key (SAP4) containing (Duration) standard value assigned to a resource, during formula check in resource screen, it works ok

but within a process order and in the recipe scheduling consistency check, it does not calculate the value entered.

Do you have any idea what would cause this issue ?

Thank you guys for your answers,

All of the above has been maintained correctly (scheduling parameters are ok, material master data is ok, control keys on phases are ok),
Remarking that "Machine" & "Labor" standard values are scheduling fine in the same process order.
But my question is specifically about the "Duration" standard value, does it have a different nature in scheduling ? because it gives zero processing time in the process order.

In-addition to the above comments, please check control Key settings ( Scheduling and Cap.Req.Determination) as well.

Hi Kareem,

Make sure while running MRP Scheduling tab you maintained 1 or 2.

1 Determination of Basic Dates for Planned Orders

2 Lead Time Scheduling and Capacity Planning.

If you maintain 1 then based on Procurement Proposals It will calculate.

If you maintain 2 based on capacity planning it will calculate.

Please check scheduling parameter and OPU5 also.
