Confrmation of Rework & GR

Hello All

I am processing an order of two pieces, while confirming that order i confirm 1EA as yield & 1EA as rework and am also mentioning the reason of variance while confirming the order. I have set manual GR against the order & when am doing the GR agains the same order the system is proposing 2EA of the product, which shall not be the case ideally.

I want that system shall propose only 1EA for GR which i have confrimed as yield and shall not propose the 1EA which i have confrimed as rework. Kindly suggest what has to be done for this. Waiting for your valuable inputs.

Hi JITENDER KUMAR ,

Wht you give in the confirmation is only for the information purpose,Even though you gave 1 as rework sys will not commit any action because of that,By doing so if you have next operation for the same order then while doing confirmation for that 2nd operation then there sys will propose as per your wish

GR whether manual/Auto will propose qty only as per the order qty

I just want a check on that, is it possible in SAP i think it can be done, just lookoing for the same thing, shall keep u posted if i come across any solution for this.
