SAP Knowledge Warehouse /SAPIKS2/showAdmin.sap not working

Hello All,

When we try to test (SAP Knowledge Warehouse) IKS from SAP Portal 7.31 sp07 i get the following error:

When we procrdure:

Open a browser window and call the following URL: :// j2ee_host:j2ee_port/SAPIKS2/showAdmin.sap

Logon as one of the admin users to which assigned role KW_ADMINISTRATOR in the UME.
