While adding a requirement in SOCO to a work area, I get the following dump:
What happened?
The ITS service "bbpsoco01" failed since not template could be found for the screen with the number 29 in the program "SAPMSYST".
The template was searched in the following ITS services: "bbpsoco01"
Information on where terminated:
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLBBP_BD_DRIVER_470" - in "B470_ACCSERV_CHECKACCASSIGNMT".
The main program was "SAPLBBP_SOCO_UI_ITS ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 178
of the (Include) program "LBBP_BD_DRIVER_470U12".
Action taken:
1. All services were published, specially bbpsoco01. Did not solve.
2. However I remember RFC user being locked and I have unlocked it. It works now. I notice in the code, it is checking with back end system.
Questions:
For what reason when a requirement is added to work area, it is checking with back end system? You may note that we have given no check for tax.
