    Hi,

SCM comprises of not only MM but also PP.

and now a days SCM also include new dimensional products such as APO,SRM etc.

to shift into SCM as a full time consultant you should also have a through knowledge of PP as well.

as you have experience in MM i ll suggest you to go for SRM and if you also had a knowledge of PP you can also go for APO, as far as SCM is concerned APO is its heart. and for learning APO you should have a good hands on experience in PP as well.

so as far as basics is concerned first learn PP then go for new dimensional products.

    Regards,
