SAP PCM - NO SUCH INTERFACE ERROR when connecting to model builder at random times.

Hi, We've been experiencing No Such Interface Error when connecting to the Model Builder for PCM from time to time. We've done basic troubleshooting:

1. Test FQDN thru ping from client machine if points to the correct servers (Both PCM App And DB Servers).

2. Telnet PCM ports from client machine to PCM Application Server: 6790-6792 and Database Server (1666)

We're able to go past logging in to PCM server but could not proceed to the Model Server.

Tricky part is that with the same machine, we can successfully connect to the Model server at random times of the day. We believe that this can be a network issue but we could not pin point what really is the problem as we can successfullu ping/telnet the servers and ports.

Is there any troubleshooting tools we could use to identify connectivity issues with PCM?

We're using SAP PCM 10 sp 11.
