Transport

I have a request for transport which I had generated and it is under another person chnages for the same report he did earlier that was not sent to the QAT. I didnt back out his request when I was doing my changes to the same report and subsequently My request was generated under his change request and number. Now my question is that Is it possible for me to just transport my request which is under his request and leave behind his changes in the DEV and transport my requets to prd.

- DEVK904787 JPOON SD_1396_1,FP13722,add contract rental(containers,lugger bin)

Is it possible to just transport DEVK908403and not the top most i.e DEVK904787.
