Highest Priority: RELEASE STRATEGY

I have an issue in release strategy

I have more than one cocd in a client, (as of now 2)

I have a release procedure for one cocd (and its plants) already configured based on any value greater than zero INR and only two REL codes.

I have one more cocd created now with many plants and my release strategy of Five levels is based on doc type, value (starting from <5000 USD) and also plants (copied from table EKPO as CEKPO was not available in SE11)

Now how to proceed, i need the rel stratgy to be intact for the previous cocd, while also want to achieve my requirement

Kindly someone give me detailed procedure, I have done enough R&D and exhausted, I believe It can be done.

One more thing in PO (while creating, When I check the Doc the rel srtagy is applied and is shown that for <=5000USD) that means the doc is going for that rel strat for everything <= 5OOO USD, (new rel strat)how to prevent it
