hi,

When i am trying to install NW 2004s Stack 9, i am an error in the "Create users for SAP system" in the Step "Execute Service".

My installation is stopping.

i have got my system formatted recently.

I have setup my JAVA_HOME in the environment variables.

Hi

check which user you are using to install SAP, the user must be administrator or have admin rights

First of all check that you are doing a domain installation or the local installation.

If domain, then the users <SID>adm and SAPService<SID>should be present on domain.

Else if it is on local domain, then

Please check that those users are already existing or not.

Also if those are not there, then you can create the users by yourself and start the installation. You have to check the groups dba and sapsys are also present in the system(else create that also)

Note 770532 - SAPinst cannot find an existing group
