Database Query Error:While requesting data from InfoBurst Enterprise:Error #2032

Version: SAP BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.2 SP4

I see an issue "Database Query Error" pop up after sometime I refresh the dashboard on the BI Launch Pad. Attached is the snapshot of the error. Can anybody throw some light on how to resolve this please?

After I click OK on the error the data/dashboard layer comes back. But this is annoying for the users.

Is the error resolved for you? We are seeing similar issue in our environment, so just checking if you got any workaround.
