My System sandbox is not recognizing passwords created for new test ID's.

It keeps saying name or password is incorrect. What could be the possible reason for this?

Lumi,

as funny as it sounds, but the user enters the wrong user/password combination. Go to SU01 and reset the password for the user and try again.
