Refresh of only some analysis office workbooks necessary when adding default values


we are currently facing the problem, that we added in a frequently used query some restictions in the section "Default Values". And in some workbooks this is reflected immediatly when refreshing and in some workbooks not.

Is there any known criteria, when it is (not) necessary to reset the data source in the workbook, or how it can be archived, that we don't habe to reset all those workbooks?

    Not 100% sure if I understand your question but I believe your solution will be on Design Panel > Components tab. If you check the box "Merge Variables" all data sources will be refreshed if you change the variables for one. If it is unchecked it will refresh only one data source.
