Open PO List as on particular date in SAP Business byDesign

Hi,

Is there any easy way or out of box report in SAP Business by Design to check open PO list as on Particular Date e.g. we are in month of October 2016 now .. But we want to know all Open PO as of say 30.09.2016 ....

Report should display PO number Product Number Order Qty and Open Qty (Order-QTy- GRN QTy(if any) - Invoice QTY(if any) ) and valuation of product remaining something like this ...to know total outsanding blance we need to pay to supplier at key date

How to get this info quickly in SAP Business by Design.

I have used PO History Report to work out but not sure that's right way ...

Hi Rakesh,

As you mentioned Purchase order history report will show all purchase orders that have been created during the certain period (ie. last seven days, 90 days). The user can track the follow-up documents such as goods and services receipts, returns, supplier invoices, and credit memos regarding quantities, values, and dates.

Other options are

GR/IR Inventories - Balance Summary

Purchasing Documents - Line Items
